I specialize in sculpted cakes and what some would call "designer" cupcakes. I also do wedding cakes, sheet cakes, fundraisers, smash cakes, and more. Take a look at the menu for some visuals on what has been done so far.
What I currently am not doing are breads, vegan, and gluten-free, but that may change in the future. I also try not to work with fondant. If the fondant design that you want can be converted to a buttercream design, I'll go over that with you in the design phase of our creation.
No. Everything is made fresh and to your specifications.
However, occasionally I have leftovers and extras. I like to turn cake scraps from sculpting cakes into cake pops and sometimes have extra cupcakes, whole and partial cakes available for quick sales.

That depends on how intricate and large your order is. Typically, for an order of 1 dozen cupcakes, I like to have a minimum of 2 days notice. For a flavor themed cake or simply designed cake, 4 days minimum. For custom sculpted cakes, preferably, at least 10 days.
It's best to contact me as soon as you know you need a cake to reserve that time. I'm currently only able to take on a few cakes per week.
Please keep in mind this is an estimation and your particular order may be different.
When you've decided on all the details of your cake, I'll send a PayPal invoice to your email. You use credit or debit and I never see your card information.
You can also pay by check, but it must be received at least a week ahead of pick up. Returned checks incur a $29.00 fee.
For order more than a month away, a 50% deposit will secure your order on my calendar. Full payment must be received before cake pick up or delivery. Deposits are refundable up to 7 days before pick up or delivery.
I recommend keeping it in its box in a very cool room or refrigerator until about 45 minutes to an hour, depending on size, before eating. If I have any other special instructions for storage or cutting, I'll let you know at pick up.
Just call, text, or email. Pick out your top flavor combinations and I'll whip it up! Typically, clients choose 3 flavor combinations and I make half 6" cakes. Tastings run for about $45 - $60.
Time, recipes, and servings are what factor into price. The flavors and decorations that you choose for the amount of people that you need to serve or the size of cake that you want plus the time it takes to create it. Additional costs would include delivery and equipment rentals.

Also, I frequently use bamboo skewers, wooden doll rods, toothpicks, and metal wires in my decorations and to support the cake. DO NOT EAT THEM! And DO NOT SMUSH SOMEONE'S FACE INTO THE CAKE. It could result in serious injury!!
Full refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- if the order is cancelled no later than 1 week before the cake due
- if the order is cancelled within a week of being due, but the baked good has not been started yet

No refund will be issued in the following situations:
- you / your guests don't like the flavor
- you accept the product at pick up and it gets damaged after pick up
