I make sure to do my best getting all the important details about what you want in a cake, so if there's something we haven't talked about, bring it up!
I LOVE making your events delicious! So let's be real. NO ONE loves the taste of fondant! If you aren't going to eat it, why use it?
My cakes are covered in American Buttercream, with or without additional flavorings. I also use other icings, like other buttercreams, cream cheese icing, and whipped icing.
Start to finish, I'm particular about what goes into your cakes. I use free range chickens' eggs whenever possible, locally sourced fresh seasonal fruits, homemade fillings, and 'from scratch' cakes. If I wouldn't feed it to my family, I won't feed it to yours.
Craftsmanship on the outside is important too! We'll work together to get the look you want, while keeping the flavor delicious. First impression plus first bite equals total wow factor!
Where else are you going to find flavors and designs like these? Your grocery store doesn't do sculpted cakes and usually not even tiered cakes! Don't worry, I got you covered!
